Here is the answer to your question; ​We will have a meeting or send you a questionnaire to get to know your brand and your products better. It's perfect if you already have a brand identity. However, don't worry. We will guide you on how to create a brand identity with matching assets like color font images, logo, etc. ​Once done, we will require HD images and descriptions of your products with the stock and price details, the shipping method. When we receive all the data, we will start to create your e-commerce website, and when it comes to setting up the payment details, we will hand over the admin role to you to fill this part by yourself confidentially. After you set up your payment and bank detail, you can invite us as an admin with limited authority.​ Finally, we will give you a demo about how to use the back office of your website. We recommend our customers to spend some time in the back office to monitor customer behavior and use it to improve their businesses.

Outzair is not responsible for any leak of information that discloses the confidentiality of your business or brand. It is our customer's responsibility to provide a dedicated email address or can call from mobile phone numbers that are not linked to Outzair. However, if the client research and find that Outzair is managing your social media accounts or website, we would not be responsible for this.
